Because BB knew all the contestants will cash on his bad image and nominate him.

If BB had nominated Guatam, then contestants had to pick another name and someone BB didnt want to be out, would be nominated and they had to then bring that person back by some weird excuses...

and that someone could be anyone 😃

BS losing right to vote doesn't make any difference. He should have been nominated by BB.

i think BB didn't nominate him as it would set wrong example for future.

Like tanna is still there and diandra from bandra can make issues from no where and get ppl nominated..

Whats in the nomination. ask for eviction only na. Why to wait for public ka opinion. If you think ur stand is correct.

Assuming public will stand for right things. So just ask for eviction. why to play nominations.

if he is so wrong.Dont nominate anybody else.

What I see it as,..

BB is indirectly covering himself,.. ( also foolishly calming Karishma, by saying so ) as he also knows that for just one gaali,.. you can not punish a fellow that much or too much,.. as

A person has spoken a gaali in its right situation when he was annoyed n' tortured like hell ,.. and not for any fun reasons, in teasing and bossism or threatening moods
BB has pardoned in all other season, when so many ppl have spoken gaalis and tons of episode shave been released with lots of Bips, in all of those seasons,.. Also last year Armaan had uttered maa-bahen ki gaali to Kaamya and many others, Raja and Sambhavna had many gaalis and BB had punished none so far,.. so this was even in excess when Gautam is punished for a gaali.
