She is still picking on Rythwika. Then what if Rythwika says back "you only treat non-Tamils well? How would she handle that comment? Last week she had no problem when Aish was the highest vote getter. Clearly she has a problem with Rythwika being the highest this week.

Aish and Yash especially aish alavukku Mumtaz ah yaarume avamaanapaduthala , but still Mumtaz supported .she was biased and discriminated between them and others.

In few morning masala episode I have noticed Jan and tithi helping Mumtaz when Yash aish just ignore her. Mumtaz was mother to Yash aish and mother in law to Jan rithu. Ritu realised it beyond a point and maintained distance from her.

Exactly!

Rithu have said she wants a Tamil ponnu to win (her wish) but in the house, she had consoled Aish and Yash when needed. When they were with their friends, or in their form, she didn't go to them, I don't see how she discriminated in the house..
