Right, but she did it out of personal grudges, rather than from her character + the initial rules of bowing down the queen, the commoners shouldn't be talking to each other were all violated throughout the task, but she was more focused on executing her revenge than overseeing those duties. She was into the character, but didn't fulfill all its responsibilities, in my opinion.
