Not taking anything away from Neelam's relatively pleasant personality, or her game but I think most of the boys want her in the house because she is the only one who serves them their meals without any kalesh. That's a pretty solid and valid reason which is why I think she will stay the longest amongst most around her including Tanya. She is active, she can cook and she also has a decent bonding with most people in the house. Also most people don't see her as a threat. Ashnoor and Praneet saving Tanya over their so called friends made no sense at all.
