Rajat is a full time criminal, a disgusting pathetic person.

Kv is also very very negative and insecure.

But Eisha madam takes everything negatively and bitches. That is negativity even though it might appear harmless at first look. So I think it's eisha but other two mentioned aren't that far behind as well.

And this is only for the running week until now. It may change when the show progresses further
