They signed up for it plus in most cases they are getting basic ration. Initial seasons only used to have basic ration, yeh tou season 11 onwards they started giving luxury for free. Pehle luxury mein thora sa meat milta tha. Everyone survived on that. Basic for 5 days, 2 day luxury and no WKV meal from outside!
