BB ko khud sharam nhi aayi, to show a conversation between a doctor and his/her patient. I don't know how they showed it because the conversations are confidential unless both doc and patient have no issue with it.

They want Samarth Isha and Abhishek triangle because it brought TRPs to them but Abhishek and KZ's angle was ruining their script plus KZ giving up gave them another reason to evict her. It's annoying that they constantly pulled her down regarding her health and she gave up completely.
