Mujhe pehly pasand ajata thy but ab nhi atey, koi aney lagta hai toh phit woh koi kaand kardeta hai ky wapis neutral hona padhta hai.

Yeah that's why it's better to not have favourites.. i mean, if you are investing in watching the episodes till the end ( like in BB13- i watched till the end and was bored to not have proper favourites) tab to having favourites is fun but with no favourites, you can easily stop watching it - that happens with me. Last season, I watched some 48-49 episodes shiddat se with full investment, then left watching. It was easier with no favourite.
