Why is Ankita making a fool out of her relationship?

Today one thing she said that she is jealous of how Neil is as a husband towards Aishwariya. I read somewhere that Vicky and Ankita lives separately due to work commitments. Perhaps these issues never arose before. However, as someone with her calibre, her reputation, she should know where to draw the line. I truly truly hope this part between them is scripted. Because regardless of what it is, I am not fond of making a scene out of relationships.

Why is she so bothered with Vicky being in another room? They came to a game, this is something they should have considered.
