On the reply box go to the top right corner there's an image icon box next to smileys option.
Click on it,a box will appear.Paste the gif link there and voila! Gif will come up.
You see where it says URL,delete whatever forum link Is there already and paste the link for the gif that you got from the uploading site 👇

If you're posting from phone, you'll have to upload the gif first on a gif uploading site and get the direct link for it from there.Then copy paste that link on the image icon box where it says URL.
