All 3 equally dumb in the TTF task

Not only Sumbul, even Shiv and Stan did not use their brains in the TTF task yesterday.

Priyanka, Archana, Stan & Shalin had been ousted early on in the task and the only ones left were Nimrit, Shiv and Sumbul.

This trio could have at least tested if Archana would actually fulfil her offer of giving the TTF to Shiv if Stan ousted Nimrit. What is the worst that could have happened ? - > Archana would have backtracked and instead Sumbul could have got the TTF.

Was this scenario so unpalatable to the trio that they didn't even want to take the risk of testing Archana's word?

Is Nimrit so important to Shiv & Stan that Sumbul replacing Nimrit in TTF could not be digested by them?

Stan seems much closer to Sumbul than to Nimrit, who doesn't even want to share her feelings in front of him. Yet, even he didn't get it into his head that he should try to oust Nimrit to save either of Shiv/Sumbul.

Anyways, 1 good thing that came out of all this is that Archana & Shalin got saved. Otherwise, BigBoss would have never let Nimrit get into nominations and the situation would have been reversed by hook or crook.

Archana had Shiv's battery & Shiv had Archana's. It was so stupid of him to move quickly to blast Archana's battery. He could have stuck a deal with her and asked Stan to remove Nimrit. This move would really have turned things around for him but he never tried to do any deals. On the contrary Nimrit was playing for herself. She even requested Archana to convince Priyanka to blast Sumbul's battery. This is the time to play an individual game...if you can't do that... the you don't deserve to go ahead.

Shiv clearly said in CR that his priorities are Stan and Nimrit. Stan and Shiv are very close so I believe his priorities are Shiv and Nimrit. They see Sumbul as Sajid's 'friend' imposed on them and I feel that the two feel that Sumbul can flip on them for Shalin. I feel they find Nimrit more trustworthy + she was their friend earlier than Sumbul.

I clearly recall Sajid telling Stan that Nimrit will flip on them but Sumbul will not and Stan had agreed to it.

All this happened during the news editor nomination task.

And definitely Nimrit has been more of a burden than a help. She expects to be saved from nominations, demands captaincy on a platter, wants to be pampered all the time, whereas Sumbul is low maintenance, doesn't expect much but will do a lot. In other words ROI on Sumbul is high in comparison to Nimrit.

I wonder how can Shiv not see that.

I agree , MANDALI was so insecure to send Sumbul in final that now one of the strongest contestant will be evicted before the final.

I thought Shiv was smart enough to get that knowing that Nimrit is makers favorite by removing the TTFW from her makers would have find a way to save her and probably Archana o Shalin would have been nominated .

And Shiv game now is week as both Sumbul fans and many neutral are hating him . Mandali unity was the best winning card for Shiv.

They all looked either very stupid or very selfish in the task, Nimrit was clearly selfish, Stan being okay with the task being radd was again stupid/selfish, they did not know what could happen if it got radd, what if BB would have said nobody will get TTF? He did not anticipate that? So either he did not care ki Nimmo ko mile ya nhi thats why he was okay with task cancellation, or he did not want Sumbul to get TTF at all thats why despite her also being his friend he still wanted to stick with Nimmo, or he knew what BB was going to do. Shiv left the task mid way, once he got out, and considered nahana more important. And Sumbul did not fight for it.

Even Stan could have convinced Shalin for himself. That wasn't hard either.

Mandli is just low on enthusiasm over anything.

Exactly, they were ready to let the task get canceled with nobody getting the TTF rather than their so-called friend/sister Sumbul benefit....strange friendship! What many viewers felt is getting proved this week...if the Mandali had faced hardships earlier, there would have been no trace of their friendship left by now. It's very easy to put up a facade of benevolence and camaraderie when you are getting benefits & comforts from it!

On another note, Nimrit's fan messages conveyed pride in her being captain maximum no. of times and the Mandali was also gloating about the fact that they didn't let Priyanka become the captain even once. Do they even have a bit of realization about BB's unfairness this season and how most of Mandali captaincies were Khairati?

I think now the mandali are showing mahanta only because they don't want to show themselves as betrayers. 😆 So they are afraid to go against each other. 😆
