There was a time when reality shows were frowned upon. People used to get offers here and there but that was it. TV celebs refused to be a part of the show. Season 13 changed that game forever and BB became mainstream. Ekta started casting people on the show for her shows from BB 15. It's really a good time we are living in. Earlier, it was hard for TV to go mainstream, but in this social media day and age, anything is possible. We've had John Cena posting about Asim, Sidharth. Shehnaaz became a social media sensation and has gone mainstream now; Tejaswi, Jasmine, Mahira, Karan and now Nimrit, Shalin, Priyanka are doing so well career wise. Stan has almost tripled his reach with his BB stint & is benefitting the most out of the current lot. It's good to see people from TV going places. There is so much talent over here and they just need a fair chance.
