Why Friendship tag for Priyankit

A man and a woman can never really be just friends forever. Either they turn in to a couple/feelings or no longer just friends. One or the person would do that or both

First day of the episode Salman asked some questions: Which side Priyanka sleeps on the bed?

Ankit was hesitating and replied right side. (Definitely something)

I just don’t understand one thing. Nothing wrong in being or having romantic feelings for each other because it is clearly visible. Why not accept it? What’s up with this friendship tag? And for how long?🤨
