Not everyone has been brought up speaking only Hindi. I see no fault if she speaks Hindi and English together. I just feel that since she speaks a lot of English, it has been used as an excuse to target her.

The topic wasn't about speaking in English or Hindi. Btw if people like Katrina and Jacqueline who are not from India can learn the language then this madam is very much Indian. You need to know the language to connect with the masses. Going on the same line as yours not everyone understands English.
