Does this mean you've never messed up anything you've studied in life? Because I still mess up facts I've studied for my profession and you know what, its okay. It doesn't and shouldn't diminish my academic qualifications in any way.

Just because our mistakes aren't aired on national television and his is, doesn't mean he needs to resign from practicing medicine.🤔

His calibre shouldn't be judged based on how he answers a random general knowledge question on national television but how capable of a surgeon he is.

Let me be the devil's advocate here and point out that no one to this date has made fun of Shamita for being subpar or bad at what she does for a living, ie, acting. So I don't really think anyone would be interested in dragging her for not knowing a random fact concerning the human body.

Also, while I'm at it, common sense is not the same as common knowledge and hence lack of common knowledge does not mean lack of common sense.

Common knowledge is knowing water is wet and when the sun sets it gets dark. These are things that are truths everywhere and anytime.

Common sense is finding wisdom from experience, thus learned wisdom. This learned wisdom also includes the ability to foresee the possible negatives of acting in a certain way. It gives you the ability to think of the ‘what ifs’ and its answers.

It is knowing that when it gets dark you should use some sort of light source to see where you are going as you might injure yourself in the dark. It is knowing not to get wet in winter because you will be cold and it will be difficult to get dry again etcetera.

I see common sense as a little voice in your head telling you what's a good idea and what isn't and what the repurcussions are. But aside from all if this even people with fantastic common sense some times still do and say pretty dumb things.

If you have common sense you will understand this distinction . If you don't, you'll believe them to be the same thing.

Where did Shamita angle come from. I m fan of neither. Anyway supporting Umar doesnt mean one has to be against Shamita or vice versa.

I made a point regarding a fact that any 8th grader who has read science would know. Its got nothing to do with being a doctor.

N if some1 doesnt knw, no big deal. Its a fact anyone can skip it.

I see no point in fighting over it. I rest my case.

How will knowing the number of bones in body help any doctor cure a patient? It’s such a impractical piece of information. If he messed up which bone is where, that is another issue.

Not just Umar, everyone fumbles with GK question when put on the spot. Your subconscious is wired to pick a seemingly correct answer but if any of them thought about questions for a bit longer they could get it right.

And what is this if numerator is bigger than denominator, value will increase??? Or anything divide by 0 is 0?? Even Rajiv and Afsana fumbled how many grams in KG and these are basic things.

It’s just a lame way to show that people are dimb when really they are pressures and couldn’t think through their ans

How does him not knowing the number of bones in the body make him an incompetent doctor?? Also he is just a contestant in this show like anyone else, he didn't come here as a doctor r to answer medical related questions..Tejaswi is an engineer does anyone ask her to develop a software in bigg boss? Prateik studied law is he gonna be people's lawyer here? This is so stupid..how many things do you remember from school? He would be a bad doctor if he couldn't give a proper diagnosis, him not knowing the number of bones in the body has nothing to do with him being a good or a bad doctor.. Shamita is super rude and arrogant there's no two ways about it.. she's no queen she's as much a house mate as Umar, so everyone deserves the respect she always demands from people..

Knowing the no of bones doesn't validated one's profession except for the stumbling IQ similar to u or me or anybody else.

Anyway, people got something to troll against Umar Riaz apart from being called as someone's Bhai...

Have fun with your frustrating feelings...😬

It's nice to see how keenly u observe him.

P.S: Umrao-jaan is the cutest❤️❤️❤️

OK! Umar cannot be considered a doctor as he doesn't know the number of bones in a human body. So, those who know the number of bones in a human body now can work as a general surgeon in his place. Would love to see that.
