According to Salman, Bigg Boss asked for aapsi sehmati and not bahumat, so voting shouldn't have happened.

Okay then how the housemates were supposed to reach a conclusion? Salman asked Nishant who always acts smarter than he actually is, aur usne bhi teen-paanch karke explanation de diya, par solution uske paas bhi nahi tha.

Obviously when there are more than 10 people in the house, they would almost always have different views and opinions to ever be on the same page for anything. So how is aapsi sehmati possible if everyone acts like a stubborn child like Pratik?

More importantly, how is aapsi sehmati possible without voting?

Jaha se Salman ne dekha, Pratik bilkul sahi dikhayi diya because he was firm in his decision of getting the task cancelled. He wasn't interested in becoming the Captain either because then he would've tried to convince other contestants to make him the contender. Akasa was doing that for him.

He like always just wanted to create a scenario where he's standing against the whole house. I think he even wanted to get bashed by Salman harshly in WKV to create sympathy for himself. But that didn't happen because Bigg Boss is obviously smarter and he's not their chosen one.

Currently he's among the top 3 most popular contestants on the house, other two being Karan and Teja but Bigg Boss doesn't want that.

I've seen people say on this forum that Pratik is Nikki Tamboli of this season. I would agree. Makers surely want to give him that role. They don't want his popularity to grow so they won't correct his mistakes to make him more unbearable.

My prediction is makers would just use him for all the drama, make him a complete villain of this season, and just before finale he would be thrown out to make way for other celebrity contestants (and Shamita).

What people think - Pratik stood up for himself and he deserved to be the captain. And Salman also took his side and made him a warrior.

What it actually is - Pratik was cribbing and Salman gave him a lollypop to keep doing what he is.

That entire segment was pathetic - Sallu spouted utter nonsense in the zeal to vindicate Pratik and encourage his disruptive "I, me and myself" strategy. They all know that had Pratik not thrown his tantrum, aapsee sehmati would've been achieved - because the others do not share his strategy.

And that's what Sallu would not let them explain - because aaj ki script was an obvious attempt to perpetuate lone lion Pratik v. the house. That does not sustain a season. They should've discouraged Pratik's one-dimensional rinse and repeat, in order to ensure that other rivalries have the room to grow. Very short-sighted on the part of the CVs IMO.

Pratik will not going to win the show that's for sure. Bb is just using him to creating fuss and drama

They are feeding Pratik with lollipop because like him or not Pratik is giving his 100% to the show. I feel Pratik will be more irritating in the coming week. Nishant was already babysitting him now Salman and BB too.

Not even Salman, BB on same day said no to majority when they started doing voting and stuff.

He clearly said, if he wanted to do like that, he would have said so and done it by himself.....but some (most) did not get that thru their heads inside (and somewhat outside).

If not voting, every contestant would've to give his or her POV where again they would've to take at least one name, which would again lead to voting because obviously everyone is not going to take the same name.

Voting nahi toh kaise task complete karna tha wo batao bas.
