I don't understand this guy. He doesn't practise hygiene, he thinks seeking emotional support is a sign of weakness... what kind of advice must he have been giving his patients

In yesterday’s episode, right before Umar nominated Shamita, he was again seen scratching the daylights outta his crack - ON CAMERA!

This guy either has a fungal infection down there due to poor personal hygiene issues, or his undies are the wrong size causing friction and rash, or that he is just plain nasty!
