I dont think host is pampering EK. I think its the other way, since couple are talking nonsense about him host has to point it out. Its not SK was taking EK side but he was showing g the couple that your thoughts are insane and coming across rather lame.

If couple does not want to give value to EK they should stop talking and creating narrative around EK. But because couple is insecure they will keep making this narrative and host will rectify it and it return make EK look good and couple bad.

No harm in it. When I do something, I will keep trying to make it better and give them chance. Everyone has ego in their achievements but the couple undermines achievements of others over their own. Which is wrong.

Eijaz is a good friend of Sohail I think and in that way known to salman from before , I guess that’s the reason

Also I think they expected he must be very popular , thought that he’ll gain an army of followers during his stay and wanted him to b among the top two but his game left a lot to b desired( he might have gained a few fans but nowhere close to the expectation) , tried to push a pavjaz romance, got Kavita to give him sympathy .. but things dint go as well as desired... in fact he looks so down these days ( barring the last 2 days , where he was plated with a lot of screen time). So they are trying to boost his game by showing him to b the righteous person and serving him some screen time so that it pumps him up and he garners more support

Not at all. It's the couple that is fixated with Eijaz. In fact obsessed with him and built the entire false narrative narrative lol around him, that's why salman kept referring to EK.
