After watching this clip i'm pretty sure Rubina madam's intention was to show middle finger to Arshi Khan. Salman Khan was 100% correct for calling her out. He must have watched this clip repeatedly to come to this conclusion. She thinks everyone is a fool and would believe everything she utters. agree she is IMAGE concious thts why could NOT show the middle finger BT she showed the little one as she always twist her words n actions n she had NO explanation
