Was Nishant a good Captain?

Don't answer this question based on the biasesness shown by Bigg Boss for taking away Nishant's captaincy. Maybe it was unfair. Maybe it was not. But it's a fact that :

He got influenced by suggestions of others. He requested Tamboli to get out of red zone when someone told him to. Then he warned her to get out of red zone when someone told him to. Then he decided to punish Tamboli by taking away her stuff when someone told him to.

All his decisions were not of his own but on someone's influence.

Bigg Boss had to call out Rahul, Pavitra and Tamboli for not wearing mic in Nishant's presence.

Bigg Boss had to call out Nishant himself two times for not wearing mic.

He was talking to Abhinav in English.

He also was taking it easy when other housemates were sleeping during day time.

And the tipping point was him discussing about nominations with Jaan and Tamboli.

Bigg Boss couldn't have ignored this. Maybe they should have given Nishant another chance or maybe they were right in taking away his captaincy. That's up to debate. But one thing can't be denied that Nishant was a bad captain, even if it was just for one day.

Not watching previous seasons of Bigg Boss is a ridiculous excuse. Rules are there for everyone to see in the house, and Nishant should have taken his captaincy seriously when he knows he's not Bigg Boss favorite.

Yes ekdum thakela captain hai, na koi personal power, na personality na leadership quality , her kisi ki sunke operate karta hai.

Edited footage dekhe mujhe itna frustration laga I can understand BB pe kya guzri hogi..

Biggest blunder was discussing nomination... He knew the rule, warned Nikki n rahul too but within 2 sec joined the discussion.

Though I feel taking suggestion is not bad, but one should stick to it like abhi pointed out... He kept on swinging from one side to other... Confused captain more do, I would say.

He was too lenient but I also think taking away his captaincy completely on the first day was a little harsh...a warning should have been given.

Even as his fan I dont think BB did wrong by snatching his captaincy, he took it for granted. Hope he learns his lesson 👍🏼

He was not even given a proper chance! so its very difficult to judge his captaincy. Nikki acted so pathetically and cold towards him.

With that said from what we saw, he was not very impressive but I will give him benefit of doubt because this was the first time he was given this huge responsibility. He will do better next time, Im sure of it.

Somebody did not write BB script right .. BB should be referring everyone by their names or as contestant not someone’s friends 🤦‍♀️
