What’s the point of this season, then? Sid, for the most part, is again running the show here... He already had his MORE THAN FAIR share of footage last season.

As I mentioned earlier Nikki, Ejaz and Shehzaad got screen space on their own because they managed to provide content on their own. If they give more content they'll eventually start getting more screen space now or 2 weeks later when eliminations begin.

There are 2 different types of fan bases, fans of a particular celebrity and fans of the show. The latter watch the show irrespective of everything simply for the show itself but the first kind only watch for that particular celebrity and if they end up liking other contestants they'll continue watching for them.

Of course it varies - all based on preference. I simply disagree that only the three you mentioned gave any content. And that’s why BB is forced to show Shukla. Nope - BB chooses what and who to show - there could be plenty of content, and there inevitably always is.

When BB chooses to nonetheless give Shukla the majority of the screen space, not to mention shove the seniors into the narrative in positions of power - that’s being unfair to the actual contestants, not to mention ruining their own show IMO. Short term questionable gain over long term stupidity.

Besides - if they’re hell bent on retaining previous cash cows, they should’ve simply had a reunion season. This would inevitably be my view in any case, even if I didn’t thoroughly dislike Shukla, because I belong firmly to the second camp - the one that watches BB for the show. And that’s a pretty big camp.

That’s a very ingesting phase & watching their relationship grow or dip is a very interesting thing. That way you will find the fights also more justified, otherwise it will only be senseless yelling at each other. You also get tired of too much fighting. That soft touch & reasonable development of relationship is missing.

As Asim said, Sid needs to understand what 'entertainment' means. He was barely bearable last season but this season he is making me turn off my TV. I will try BB again in two weeks.

His lame stupid jokes, on which Only he himself laughs, makes me mute the TV whenever he is shown. Can’t stand his presence in the show. The other two are bearable even though I want to be done with this seniors crap.

Sid is after making this season follow the same as his season. Making every task radd.
