I don't know the rules of india shayed india mein allow houn. Place where i am living yaha atleast 1 month pehle approval k liye bhejna hota hai and i am talking about annual leave.

And emergency leaves means some thing really emergency not something for a show. That is not emergency leave.

I didn't said going to show is emergency. U said one month prior notice is given so i said that what will ppl do in emergency.

N in india doctors adjust duties between co workers. They have casual leaves , do night duties , do the work of coworker when they r on leave n vice versa n this is how they avail long leaves n go home or holidays .
