Hahaha you clearly have no idea, they approached Umar, Umar took leave from work but they changed their mind and took Himanshi! Umar confirmed this a few days ago on his insta stories, wasn’t his fault it was a creative decision!

My sister is a Doctor they have casual leave n they do night duty n get leave in return too.

I don't know the rules of india shayed india mein allow houn. Place where i am living yaha atleast 1 month pehle approval k liye bhejna hota hai and i am talking about annual leave.

And emergency leaves means some thing really emergency not something for a show. That is not emergency leave.

Its all scripted by the channel to bring Asim and Himashi down.

in india its not that strict. you are talking about other countries where not just doctors but in any profession other than for emergencies people have planned leaves
