Parth and Vikas were dating. There were some falling out between them due to Parth's unprofessionalism. Then Parth filed a molestation case against Vikas. After the allegation, Vikas outed that they were dating with proof. They went holidaying together right after the date Parth claimed Vikas molested him on so the case turned out all bogus and media tide turned against him. And then, Parth withdrew the case saying this was a misunderstanding and would like to continue being cordial with Vikas.

I think after Vikas' BB stint, they became friends again.

The relationship was consesnsual. Nothing to do with power. Parth would post their pics all over insta. They had cute names for each other. It was a regular relationship. It's just Parth's hormonal fans can't stand that he may be gay/ bi, so they try to project how poor Parth was molested.

I said it earlier as well - this man is sick in his head. He has spoiled many relationships being some sort of loveguru when he didn't know anything.
