Why BB is after Vishal?

Why is channel, show and host after Vishal? He is rebuked even for the slightest of his mistake while Paras, Mahira and others are never called out for their behavior. Vishal said that he doesn't care but Paras also was bragging about him being a smart Sanchalak to get the task cancelled but nobody talked about it. BB seedhe seedhe apne fav ko top 5 me kyu nahi pahuncha deta?
