Contestants' physical well-being: a dangerous precedent!

The channel is setting a very dangerous precedent by not curbing physical altercations by any housemate. Apart from the physical damage by shove itself, there are any number of accidents that could happen in cases like these. We've already witnessed broken fingers, peeled skin, painkillers and innumerable falls - it won't take much to escalate and make this worse. Which is why in the past efforts were made to stop physical fights immediately and unequivocally.

I am not taking any participants' name as the faulty one here though I have my preferences. In this case, the buck stops at the channel and the creators. The physical safety & well-being of every contestant has to be of utmost importance.

To those who may know: would contestants be able to hold the channel liable in case of any injury that arises because of the channel's negligence in ensuring their safety?
