If Asim had actually read from the book and said there is no such rule that would be completely in his favour. But he simply didn’t refer to the “rules” in the first place.

He knew they couldnt come off that’s why first he said nahi utra then switched to mainay nahi dekha.

Ifff it wasn’t in the rules Asim didn’t have to change statements he could have simply said utra but it’s well within the rules.

Instructions clearly says have to sit on the horse till the next buzzer then all three contestants will decide who will get down..n Vishal got off before the buzzer..so he is out..simple

This is the summary of the entire show. Rules are either kept ambiguous or they are changed as per their convenience - because how else will they put the blame on Asim and the non-Shuklis!

Did the rule say, if you get off the horse before the buzzer what happens?Who occupies it?

FIRSTLY ! Captain's decision is always FINAL DECISION !

SECONDLY ! Shukla himself had supported Paras when he cheated openly in the train task !

THIRDLY ! Shukla himself had CHEATED during the compatibility task !

NOT SURE why Shukla was so pressed if Asim took a decision against him !

It was NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE So not sure WHY SHUKLA WAS SO DAMN ADAMANT and violent that he went upto Asim and threatened him !

Asim also lost his cool !

If any other housemate had presence of mind they could have referred to the rule book!

Paras found a loophole in the rules. Asim could have done the same and that would be completely fair and smart however he didn’t refer to the rules at all and simply said nai utra and then nahi dekha.

The compatibility task didn’t affect the game in anyway. It can’t be compared to an immunity task.

And as for the rule book they never found it or it was cleverly hidden.
