Those who spend time with Rashami suddenly come into their senses realising how different she is when you perceive her from your own eyes. And thats because Rashami is great listener, She listens to you very carefully.This is her plus point.Whenever someone listens you, you start valuing that person more and more. Second, She doesnt impose her opinions while advising, The other day She was advising Sana about giving Shukla space the convo started with, "Look I dont know How strong or weak your bond is(Sidnaaz) but one thing I can say is give him some space ". Thats very important thing-Not to impose yourself on others.
