He was sarcastic, seeing some wants 2 parathas or 4 or 6 at a time, and when they don’t get it the yell or fight like ..,,,, as if that is the only purpose of their existence.

I understand that there are better things to fight for but I didn’t find it sarcastic coz he was saying while talking to audience that they all have put on weight. And Vishal is eating 4-5 paratha coz he doesn’t eat lunch although that fight was not necessary but his point for this fight was if everyone can do man maani he can also but he could have done it when mahira started it and not for this roti

Lallu should stop comparing himself to the housemates. They are living on limited ration and for them eating 5 rotis is not too much. Salman I am pretty sure eats a lot of protein bars and other things as well

wo sab to chhodo but jab yaha pe shoot chal raha hota hai tab kuchh na kuchh pata nai wo kya cookies or something khata rehta hai

I think he exaggerated. He must be eating 3 teaspoons of rice. Tablespoons are too much for him.
