Their relationship had an aura of warmth . Like the one between brothers. They in their own style did things for each other cared for each other. I as a sid fan observe him more and from the way sid hugged asim got a feeling of his protective instinct for asim .
And I think shefali ruined it.
Paras and sana also were instrumental. Paras was playing his game and sana back then didn't like asim and aarti and was pally with paras and mahira. But both sana and paras were not as sly as shefali. And she is still playing those dirty games.
Sid and asim gave us some great unforgettable moments on screen this season.
Ya i agree with whatever u said, and it certainly feels good to cherish their bond once in a while Both were genuinely fond of each other, their methods of showing it might not have been right but I don't doubt the intentions behind it.
