Aarti and Sana take his rude attitude but Mahira doesn't therefore he needs to put in extra efforts on her

Paras always uses Mahira as his pawn to ignite any fight or even during Tasks he instructs her and she follows it. Mahira is asset to paras.

But somewhere Sid might be seeing Sana as liability. She keeps throwing tantrums, doesn't understand Tasks much and isn't take good at them .
