Yaar he meant that he was with him so he saw her through his eyes.

Mostly he took game things only. He didn't say that he told personal things.

And we have seen Sid asking Vishal , Sana not to talk with Rashami in main episode itself.

It happens with most people if they stay with somebody older than them by a great margin. They automatically get that guardian feeling.

Now with Rashami afaik she is very mature person. She didn't even react Dogla tag by Mahira for which blood still boils as if it happened to me.

First of all she won't talk about it at all second she will understand that he was not her friend like she was telling Asim..

Actually Sid, Rash, Vish, Sana,Madhu, Bagga, Dey and Asim are genuinely nice people.

Devo, Arti are mildly nice.

Paras , Mahira coming across as evil.

So many here explained and yes he did not lie. if you remember when Hanna came her exact words were “wo tumhara naam bhi nahi leta, tum kyu uski baat karti ho”

Here asim meant that regarding game like how did used to tell him that don’t trust her, she sugarcoats things and very negative. So he used to talk abt her asim said and Rashmi was like how come my friends came (tanna) and said he doesn’t talk abt me.

Asim never lied to Rashmi. He told her the truth. Sid did mention to Asim not to trust Rashmi but Asim did not give any details to Rashmi. Whatever Asim spoke was related to the game. I saw that episode again yesterday. Asim is very straight forward and is not scared to speak the truth to Salman or Sid unlike others in the house.
