Tbh I dont care too much for where his popularity is because many people garner many fans and become popular over dumb things. What I do care is that Asim plays the way he did this week moving onwards with his character never being maligned nor questioned.

Makers are clearly plotting against Asim and in favor of Shukla

This is what I am worried about too, show has been gently pushing him in that direction and very smartly editing out the parts from the main telecast on how they are manipulating him. This is one of the reasons I am very happy about his alliance with RD, rules out a reconciliation with SS. Also, if P continues to stay with SS and naaz too would never let Asim get close with him again. I hope this just means he becomes cordial with him and is less aggressive but strong in his approach to call him out.

Makers are trying so hard to break rashmi arhaan relationship. They even send her brother to tell her the same. Sooner or later if at all rashmi breaks with arhaan and arhaan gets eliminated . And then Shukla enters they will surely make love angle of shukla and rashmi till the end and this is what public want to see . But then how Asim's track will be till then don't know. it will definitely affect rashmi and asim's bonding that is growing right now.
