Asim’s popularity disconnect- Twitter versus Ormax

Asim is super popular in twitter- winning all recent polls and trending with 1M + tweets, but he didn’t even feature once in Ormax’s top 5 most popular BB contestants list. I wonder why is there so much disconnect between these two platforms? Doesn’t Ormax collect both online and offline popularity? And doesn’t 1M + tweets and winning polls by thousands mean that a person is indeed popular in the real world?

What do you guys think?

There's doubt about the authenticity of Ormax itself.

Again online polls or tweeter trendings do not reflect true popularity. Trendings can be bought or choreographed.

Asim is NOT winning ALL twitter polls. Still now, majority of twitter polls are won by Shukla.

& trending doesn't do shit to translate popularity.. as even a small group of people can make a hashtag trending.

Ormax combines both offline/online popularity, hence its the real deal, in which Asim is missing, as his presence on the show isn't impactful, hence he doesn't have that many fans in real world.

I would rank Twitter higher then Ormax - however I see Shukla all over all of my social media's.

I know I’m tired of always seeing Ormax being quoted in every post like it’s the only way to prove popularity. The fact Asim is not on Ormax proves how reliable it is. Regardless of whose fan you are, you have to admit that Asim is definitely the top 5 most loved/popular faces in the house and if he’s still not on Ormax, I think I have trust issues with it.

& yeah it is the biggest trend for a contestant this season, well done to Asim fans 👍🏼

I dont get why people outside of India feels asim real and people living in India dont get him but get fake people like sana and sid like cmon so flip so fake so aggressive and most likely doosro ka mazak udhana i guess peope outside of India are more senstive to making fun of someone /bully topic and there is no room for bulliness
