Siddharth is a popular actor and knows how to deal with such situations ....have been in industry for around 10 years.....knows when he can ask to increase money. He has some plans as he told salman ki aapko pata hain ......so may be he was not free for that month .....and now when he is shifting his plans, he asked big boss to pay him more....simple. Moreover shukla is a known face .....and is not out of work at the moment.....so he was never happy with the decision of extending. While asim aur sana ko pehchaan de di hain big boss ne......so they must be thankful to show.....so they might have not asked for increasing money keeping that in mind. Asim never thought woh yaha tak bhi pahuchega.....and sana is amazed at her popularity too.....shukla ke liye toh kuch bhi acha nahi kiya big boss......uski image spoiling huyi hain mostly. So why would he not ask more money to bear this for 5 more weeks

You talked only about SAS.. how abt others?

Thik hai,badhni bhi chahiye..aise suddenly bomb phod diya..I have read somewhere that he wanted to leave after his original contract ends and we have to agree that without him this extension won't be that much effective..already there is news of salman leaving which will greatly affect the trps and then Sid leaving will worsen the situation..Rashmi is already getting very high fee without providing much content and others are just happy that they are going to be paid for more 5 weeks..Asim does not have any idea about his popularity and maybe later there would be news of some others contestants getting their fee hiked..asim is really good and I'll be happy if he wins the show but the fact is that without Siddharth in the show I won't bother to watch it till finale..

He deserves it. I hope with the increment he will be back to his usual self. He was passive after the announcement.

Like Sid . they cant afford Rashmi to Go..

I think that raise is much deserved. When they signed him up they didn't include extension and also he is the one who's giving most of the content and people are tuning into see what he is upto. Ideally he should be getting much more than whatever Rashmi is being paid.

On a sidenote I think other content providers Asim and Sana deserve a raise in their pay check
