Ahh...hard to believe U r a BB fan and have been just a silent reader. Your first post is so thoughtful ..infact I am lost for words. May the great god bless u and your little one with all the strength. 🤗

Regarding Aarti, I was initially very upset that she opted for this game as this caused her more harm than good. Felt this game was defn not for her. The only game she played was being a doormat to Shukla till few weeks back.

Yesterday felt very moved seeing her .....after Rashmi Debo’s eviction, I saw a strange confidence in her...a certain motivation to face the game. Her persona changed from a confused, restless, insecure person to a more calmer, positive and secure person. The magic of feeling wanted ( belongingness to Shuklapur) and the magic of Not being evicted renewed her energy. Suddenly the withdrawals yesterday, again the feeling of being discarded by her group put her back to solitude and she suffered a panic attack. Truly wish her friends do understand that there is more than a game in BB house ...something called as humanity.

Thankyou for atleast acknowledging that Sana had a panic attack- a neurotic breakdown of sorts. Hardly anybody does that here and frames it as nautanki, drama and more. And people expect breakdowns to follow some rigid robotic stereotype, when it can vary from person to person.

What makes this situation tough for Sana to emotionally empathize is that she is aware the victim here has issues with her and her attitude. And with Sid’s attitude too, irrespective of whether they are right or not. Sana going to her would only aggravate or suppress it and Sid going to her would give her wrong signals and just make her further emotionally dependent. Few therapists in this situation would advice either Sana or Sid to attend to Aarti under said circumstances, especially given the context of the earlier conversations he had had with her.

Absolutely right. And those few therapists will also advice you to make fun of the panic attack. Or justify coldly that you are not responsible for her. Ya maasi ki ladki thodi hain.

Please just go back to your thread where people like you and several others who love this bachchi can continue praising her.

@Tm thanks for making this post.

People who have illness should openly say about it in public platforms and to people....to make it a normal thing.....and not live in shame.

Thanks for the post and after reading few comments i come to conclusion that i didn't properly saw the yesterday episode because i didn't even remember seeing shahnaaz scene, i just remember how Sid went to ask and rashmi asked him not to make fun and he left. I missed many scenes and dialogues it seems.

I live in the US and I went to my nephew's graduation at school. And as soon as a student's name was called out to get his graduation degree the entire school erupted. Didn't realize what had happened and why until I saw the kid who was called. An autistic kid in a wheelchair and he was so excited at the kind of applause and cheering he was receiving from the entire school. Having a kid who is autistic it brought tears in my eyes. That empathy cannot be taught. That compassion cannot be faked. That comes from within. What Shukla and Sana, Paras, Mahira, Vishal did showed their real character. Their real personalities.

For all her faults Aarti is still a decent human being. Loyal and compassionate (as was evident when Sana had that meltdown).

Can someone get this on twitter and make it trend and keep posting it on Colors and Salman's account. This needs to be addressed and these vile people need to be taught a lesson.

Hi Priya you should definitely read up on it a bit more. No offence taken, but it’s not at all what you think it is.

It’s not about worrying about something- but sometimes something just triggers your brain and this weird fear creeps in and you can’t shake it off no matter how much you try( no kind of mindfulness helps) - you can’t breathe, you feel you can’t live and don’t know what to do. It’s a feeling of utter disdain, pain and it’s so defeating in itself.

Depression and anxiety don’t get cured with mindfulness I wish they did. They take years of medicines, therapy, meditation, breathing excersies and even then you don’t know when they will make a come back.
But also this doesn’t mean a person needs to stop living their life or experiencing things at all. Sooner or later you just to live with it while fighting it at the same time! It takes some kind of bravery to let people see this so openly, and I support Arti for that.

Sure, sorry don’t know your name, despite knowing your id, I certainly will.

I’m not a psychiatrist and won’t boast I know all about it, but certainly, I know more than what a Layman would know. It’s the trigger that causes the somatic manifestations of anxiety. And I deal with people with it daily and calming them just asking them to focus on their breathing, helps terminate the attack by activating your inbuilt systems that help relax.

Really Sorry, don’t mean to be rude, but I’m impatient and cannot read such long posts, but panic attacks is a problem in the mind of the person, they are worrying about something which is non existent and not happened at all.

Mindfulness helps overcome the problem and Aarti should have been aware of it.

Not necessarily.

It can happen due to imbalance of different fluids in brain...that can be chronic or acquired.Only few people can overcome it.

It's a positive word, basically meaning blameless or not doing any wrong...I don't mean Sana is beyond reproach, but the way she has been pampered by BB, she would think that for herself!

She didn’t wanna go to Aarti - mat jao, despite the fact that Aarti supported her when she had her meltdown. But to make a comment like “tumhaari maasi ki ladki hain kya?”. Even privately - away from Aarti, she felt nothing for Aarti’s condition and it showed. Didn’t expect such nastiness from Sana. Ab she was fooling me pehle, or she simply will do whatever in her zeal to gain points with Shukla - is anyone’s guess.

And how conveniently , just for the sake of bashing , everyone is ignoring that Asim asked Sid to leave the room and that’s why Sana said don’t go there . And anyways Arti was doing it because she is nominated .

Only Sid haters can’t see it . By everyone else can .
