Also, quick note on the 'possessiveness' thing -

Yes, it can be argued that Sid is the one ghul-mil-ing and chilling with everyone and Asim is the one who is looking like the jealous and possessive one. BUT, lets not forget the roots of Asim's resentment towards Sid:

- Sid himself insisted to him multiple times not to chill too much with people outside the group, and Asim listened because he trusted his friend's judgement. Now, Sid has flipped and Asim is feeling like he got played somehow.

- Sid has CONSISTENTLY shown a pattern of taking his friends for granted. He knows Sana can flip anytime (even has bitter experience) so he talks nicely with her, but the more Sid becomes confident in someone else's loyalty towards him, the more he treats them like dirt. He might be totally committed to Asim in the important matters (like saving from nomination, and sharing his secrets/feelings about others), but the small things also matter and he cannot talk down to him, especially because Asim is also an alpha himself and not a doormat personality-type.

- These people have seen nobody except each other for over a month and a half! Yes, Salman comes in and out, and there are callers/celebrity visitors etc but these are all barely even 30-minute cumulative interactions. Intimately, their lives have revolved around each other. And as we all know, Sid and Asim were very isolated in the first few weeks (spending time mostly with Aarti, Sana, Abu, and not interacting with others in a friendly way). So attachment is natural, and thus, feeling possessive is also natural.

- Most importantly, Asim now has no idea who Sid really his. There are so many aspects to his personality that opened up in the last two weeks, the current Sid is almost unrecognizable from the first month Sid. So, Asim is not only confused about how real this guy is, but is maybe questioning his own judgement in choosing a friend who turned out to be a bigger player than he first presumed.

Taking all these into consideration, I think Asim's frustrations with Sid is very justified. Also, thanks for the Sohail tweet link above. Interesting that he mentioned the 'fake romance' part. Like I said, Sid was so firmly Mr. Lone Wolf aja Mr. Unpopular in the house (and LOVED by fans and Salman/channel for this) that I wonder if he will become less and less popular with fans the more he becomes popular in the house...
