Tooti ungli ka raaz

Please someone tell me whats the secret about Paras and his tooti ungli. Shukla uses it as a taunt and Paras himself took it as an insult even when Shefali2 brought it up when he refused to wash dishes.

Ye mamla kia hai? I thought he got hurt in that 'Mahira tapakna' task but he never made a fuss but this was used by other gang for annoying him.

He got hurt because a box hit him but he blamed Shukla but Salman cleared it in wkv that it was not at that " fake patka muje" time ..he lied that's why other gang making fun of it..he did blamed Shukla many times before it got cleared ..
