why Shefali was not reprimanded by BB as a captain?

Why was Shefali as a captain NOT reprimanded by BB as it is her responsibility too to see people are not asleep in the house. I have seen in other seasons BB taking class of captains. But NOOOO BB with his 1 eye had to cancel the captainship task of the anti chuki gang!

the captaincy task went well for the first time but bb couldn't stand that only members from paras' gang were in the running hence the bs excuse to cancel their candidacy and prevent a nonshukli from becoming captain
