Yeah he was but kisiko bhi wo nai dikhta. Just bcz he dared to say anything about Shukla he is now being called 'noone ' , ' dumb ' and a lot more things.

Also I did not know there were set qualities for someone to qualify before they become eligible to speak to Shukla.
