Sana an Sidharth

It is quite evident that Sidharth has a soft corner for sana... he seemed genuinely hurt when he noticed sana drifting away in the past few days. Even in the fight in yesterdays episode asim started shouting at sana how she betrayed sid, he kept shutting asim up (which is very unlike Sidharth he literally fights at any and every opportunity)

The precap shows sana craving for sidharths attention and presence. Also, although sana was not on talking terms with sid she kept defending him on his back.

Is it just me, or is there something serious going on between the two? :S
