Arhaan looks like Jerry Trainor!!!

I know this has nothing to do with the show, but I can't stop noticing that Arhaan looks like Jerry Trainor, the similarity is so shocking.

I just wanna know that I'm not the only person who sees this. I also find Arhaan is very very un-attractive. ??
