Yes Arti should listen to her and whenever she feels Shukla (as only he shuts her mouth) is controlling her she needs to open her mouth too. I don't know why her family never teach her this? This is very pathetic to see a woman acting like a doormat in TV and getting insulted again and again by a man.

I don't like using the word doormat but Aarti definitely needs to show some self-respect atleast . She has no stand of her own........ everything she says or does revolves around Shukla and she doesn't even care to tell him off when dismisses her and her opinions.

Unfortunately her sister-in-law's advice is not going to reach her.
