The bigg deal, thinking outside a box —

- is lack of compassion for others

- Lack of a mentality to work togather with others.

- Lack of will to act in the best interests of everyone.

Washing your own utensils has been the rule for quite a long time. The utensils department has to clean all the pots pans extra plates spoons etc etc three times a day. Sometimes there is only one person for this duty the entire day. It just makes sense and is a bit courteous to rinse and clean your own plate because it wont add to the usual pile.

Plus you can't have someone wash up after you after you use the utensils for your own purpose every single time. How is that fair?

Even for beds I feel each one should tidy up their beds after themselves. It shouldn't be the duty of the person cleaning the bedroom area.

If it's so, then people should not flush also after themselves. Call the bathroom cleaning person to come and flush for you.

Matlab personal responsibility kuch nahi hai kya? Why should the utensils guy clean up after your own late night munching and chai pe charcha, the next day in the morning?
