Not that I have anything for Shefali, but her advice had been pretty solid. Do people commenting here really not get it are is it just having fun at flippant speak? If the latter, it’s all good. Otherwise, if there’s serious concerns about strategy, if you have the strength - physical/ respiratory for anything at all in the first place, the right technique is indeed to remove just the top stuff- whether it be the sacks or the paper and swim through the tunneled space created.
