Moral means charitra, seerat, siddhanth, akhlaak etc. It kinda reminds me of the badzaat word used for Hina as there were many variables.

Vyabahar is also behavior..Deepak clearly meant behavior which has been proved by his video with somi. He said somis chal chalan is good . When somi asked him what chal chalan means , he answered it means behavior. However, in general chal chalan is taken as character . So, she might have thought Deepak was pointing out about her character . Then it goes same for Gandu word.

On your question, Sallu can't ask that to Deepak never had issues with her mom and sisters unless Sallu know inside story of Deepak's house.
