Surbhi was disqualified from captaincy task due to violence ... hence she was not eligible to be one of the contender, but on other hand next day... due to violence by Saba/Shristy ... they decided to continue both Romil and Surbhi as captain. They could have made Romil as a single captain.
It looks like favor ...she did not even have to contest !!
BB is being completely biased in favor of Surbhi.
