KV would look wrong if he would be mere spectator and would not stop Shree. But Shree did not take any action, he just showed his anger verbally.

Neha was not wrong, Shree was very insulting to her in front of the host. she should not have said sorry to Shree. Neha said sorry to Shree and was pleading Shree in extra dose for forgiveness. Neha's actions are making her look weak here.

Good KV did not take sides.
