If the BB plays his cards well then it can turn around the game by kicking the weaklings of the jodi who gets the minimum votes every week. They can start a live voting during WKW and then eliminate the weak one out of the jodi who gets the minimum votes and the other jodidar who remains then becomes a single and join the singles team.
Lets say Romil-Nirmal get the least votes this week. Now if BB wants to save Romil, he may organize a live voting in WKW between the two and eliminate boring Nirmal while keeping Romil who will then join the team of singles.
This will be an interesting twist as other jodies who are sick of their partners like Roshmi-Kriti and Shiv-Saurabh would come out in the open and start playing to save their own a$$.
