Hey dear, same pinch :-). One of my favourite avatar too:-)
Fine then, here is a treat for you... Enjoy:-)

I came upon this beautiful recent incident. How authentic could be a question, but I will never rule out the possibility - the supreme compassion of the protective Lord and the words of an innocent child. Here goes the story...
This happened in S Africa sometime recently. The Indian family, a couple and a small daughter, who had moved there are devotees of Lord Nrsimha. They have a picture of The Lord at their home. They introduced the child also to the God, who took a great liking to this form of the God. To the extent, even if the child gets a new toy to play with, she will first show it to her dear Narasimha first. The parents did not take it seriously, they thought it to be a small child's fancy.
One day, the child was playing outside the house, which was built in a place rid off traffic or practically no vehicles. The father standing in the balcony of the house was enjoying the sight of his dear little daughter playing with her ball. Shortly after the ball went up to the road and the child went to the road to retrieve it with father smiling away. Suddenly, the father saw a truck speeding down the lane. He kept shouting to his daughter to move out, but she did seemed to have heard him. in a frantic attempt to save his dear daughter he jumped off the balcony, only to break his both legs rendering him immovable. Now the child also saw the truck, but it was too late as it was already in front of her. She was shocked and could not react. The terrified father with an unbearable pain due to his broken legs also saw his daughter's body thrown away. He fell unconscious.
A police van came then and arrested the truck driver. They then searched for the girl whom they found lying unconscious on a nearby field. They rushed her the local hospital where they declared their helplessness to handle such a big case. So the child was rushed to a bigger hospital where was under emergency care. The doctors did not find the child bleeding and the worried doctor's fearing asked internal injury to the little child got all XRays and scans done. Whenthd reports came the doctor went mad at the technician for such a pathetic job and a repeat of all the tests, as the tests did not reveal anything abnormal. The next round of tests also gave the same clean certificate leaving the doctors very confused.
By now, the child regained her consciousness and everyone surrounded her. When asked she explained on what happened. When she saw the truck coming over her she screamed Narasimha (please not not Mama or daddy !!!! She called whom should be called and Whom alone can lend the protective hand). Immediately she saw a magnificient bright huge form of her dear Narasimha in front of her, Who carried her in His lotus hands and uttered the sweet words "dear child, don't worry. I am here". He then gently placed her on the grass.
Should we even say how all would have reacted hearing this?

"Lakshmi Nrsimha mama dehi karaavalambam"- the child said this (meant it) and Lo! came the helping Hands of the Supreme Bhaktavatsala (One to whom His devotee is very dear)!

Hope you liked the narrated incident.
